YADA Digital

YADA is a play on words based on Yet Another Digital Agency: “just another digital agency”. The name was born with irony, because the market is already full of agencies promising innovation, digital transformation and custom solutions. We chose to start from there, but with a different angle: more technical, more concrete and less built around slogans.

YADA is a commercial project run by freelance IT professional Michele Romanin. Depending on the objectives, complexity and scale of each project, he draws on a network of collaborators and colleagues to deliver the best solution as quickly as possible. In practice, you have an entire development team at your disposal.

Projects, quotations and maintenance

It depends on the objective, complexity, available data, integrations and level of support required. That is why we prefer to start with an initial conversation: use the contact page to describe your situation and receive initial guidance.

It depends on the scope. Consulting or a proof of concept may require only a few meetings, while software, integrations and AI assistants require analysis, development, testing and a gradual rollout. Through the contact form, we can work out a realistic timeframe together.

It depends on the agreements made for each project. We define this before work begins, clarifying what will be delivered, what remains tied to open-source components or third-party services, and which parts require maintenance.

Yes. After release, we can handle updates, fixes, backups, monitoring, minor developments and operational support, under arrangements defined according to the project.

It depends on the use case: on the client’s network, on public hosting selected together, or on hosting managed by us. The choice takes account of data, access, budget, backups, maintenance and security requirements.

Yes. It is often the best choice: a prototype or MVP allows us to verify requirements, data, workflow and usefulness before developing a broader solution.

Yes. We can recommend the most suitable hosting, configure environments and manage technical aspects when the project requires it. We do not impose a single solution: we assess what is genuinely needed.

Yes. We can analyse existing software, integrations, updates, partial rebuilds or the maintenance of legacy tools, first assessing risks, dependencies, data and sustainability.

Yes. We define sources, content and rules according to the company's needs.

No. Before starting, we always assess the sources, usage restrictions, sustainability and appropriateness of the project.

Software, Odoo and local services

Yes, we can design and develop new tools when the situation requires it.

Yes, we assess the tools, data and constraints before proposing sustainable integrations, dashboards or improvements.

Yes. We can handle the technical installation, initial configuration and launch of the modules best suited to the case.

Yes. We analyse the current environment, installed modules, users, data and operational issues before proposing any work.

Yes. We can design management systems, chatbots, AI assistants, automation, content and interfaces with Friulian language support, assessing the appropriate level of formality, audience and context of use case by case.

Both, when needed. We can work on texts and content, but also design digital tools where Friulian enters flows, replies and the user experience.

Private AI, privacy and grants

No. It complements it: it allows data and functions to be queried using more natural questions while keeping the management system as the structured source.

No. We assess data, privacy, performance, costs and maintenance. In some cases a local model makes sense; in others, a hybrid or simpler solution is better.

Yes, we assess tools, data, costs and maintenance case by case before recommending an approach.

No. We support the digital side and work with privacy consultants or legal professionals when needed.

No. We do not replace accountants, grant consultants or administrative professionals. We focus on the technical side: process, AI solution, implementation and technical documentation.
